vista8 · x · 2026-10-25
A blogger shares progress on a Kindle hack built on KOReader + SimpleUI: AI RSS feeds for reading news on e-ink, improved typography, one-sentence e-book download and delivery to Kindle without USB, and QR-code-based browser setup for API keys (DeepSeek, Kimi, Qwen, GLM, Doubao, MiniMax, OpenRouter) powering translation and AI companion reading. The project will be open-sourced when finished.
