ChatGPT desktop app riddled with errors — generous credits users can't even spend

A user reports persistent errors in ChatGPT's desktop app even after moving sessions to the cloud: 'Could not send this ChatGPT message', 'workspace routing discovery timed out', sessions that block posting, and approval requests expiring after 4 hours of work — forcing 5 app restarts a day. Ironically, OpenAI's generous resets, banked resets and credits go unused because the app barely works.
