CapCut announced at CapCut World LA an upcoming plugin for ChatGPT: users can start with an idea in chat, generate and edit video via CapCut tools inside ChatGPT, then refine drafts in CapCut's web editor. Commenters see it as lowering the editing barrier that holds most creators back, rewarding those who adopt AI-assisted workflows early.
