Dev open-sources BizAgent framework where one AI lead agent manages a dozen AI employees

A Reddit developer open-sourced BizAgent, a hub-and-spoke agent framework that evolved from a Claude Code system prompt.
- Architecture: the user only talks to a Products Team Lead (PTL) agent, which manages 12-13 sub-agents, each owning one product; related products can collaborate directly without going through the PTL.
- Memory: each project gets its own Git repo and journal; weekly the PTL compiles all journals, specs, docs and images into a conversational "knowledge stack" serving as the business's source of truth.
- Features: works with any OpenAI-compatible API including Ollama and llama.cpp; default TTS replies enable two-way voice chat (pair with Wispr Flow); all Markdown/PlantUML/images are indexed into a searchable library with UML rendering; web UI can run on a dedicated machine or VPS.
- The author drives all agents with a local Qwen3 27B on his own GPUs and hasn't used ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok in months. Fully open source on GitHub.
