Nirva, founded in 2025 by two ex-Meta Reality Labs employees and a jewelry brand founder, announced a $25M pre-Series A (Lightspeed, South Park Commons), bringing total funding to $33M.
- Its first device is a jewelry-like pendant (also wearable as a bracelet) weighing 8 grams with up to 3 days of battery life, designed to listen only to the wearer
- It rides the ambient AI wave alongside Amazon's Bee wrist device, ex-Plaud exec's Ambi, and Apple's Voice Intelligence
The thread also mentions Uber deploying ChatGPT Work to all 30,000 employees.
