Gibberifier Stuns LLMs With Thousands of Invisible Unicode Characters, Now a Browser Extension
thegamebegins25 · reddit · 2026-10-25
The author of Gibberifier, a free open-source tool, released updates: it injects thousands of invisible Unicode characters into text, and even one gibberified sentence still blocks most LLMs from responding coherently a year and a half after its introduction.
New in this release:
- iPad formatting support and dynamic intensity control
- Full Google Docs rich text support — copy-paste from Docs without losing formatting
- Ported to Chrome and Firefox extensions
All versions process text entirely on-device. Listed use cases: anti-plagiarism, obfuscating text against LLM scrapers, or just for fun.
