CapCut Plugin Coming to ChatGPT, Early Access for Desktop Users
HeyZoyaKhan · x · 2026-10-25
At CapCut World, leading creators and OpenAI explored the future of AI-powered video creation and previewed a CapCut plugin for ChatGPT.
ChatGPT desktop users can get early access by copying and pasting an installation prompt. In a demo, users simply describe an idea to ChatGPT (e.g. a Tesla Roadster driving up walls to deliver a product), and it controls CapCut Web to generate the video. For businesses, this turns trending topics into product ads, UGC-style videos, or full campaigns.
