Style reference trap: it copies composition, not just palette

LudovicCreator · x · 2026-10-25

LudovicCreator's moodboard lesson: using his first image as a style reference copied not just the colors but the composition — same moon, arch and puddle every time. Fix: drop the reference, let the prompt carry the palette, and direct framing with words like "extreme macro", "fills the frame", "background completely out of focus" and "no sky visible" (to kill the recurring moon). A moodboard needs shot variety — wide, medium, macro, still life — not six versions of one image.
