Scholé AI CEO to present the learning science behind multi-agent adaptive tutors, plus Berkeley/EPFL RCT
Cohere_Labs · x · 2026-10-24
Cohere Labs is hosting an online talk by Dr. Vinitra Swamy, co-founder and CEO of Scholé AI, on how decades of learning science — retrieval, mastery learning, zone of proximal development, knowledge tracing, productive struggle — translate into a multi-agent adaptive tutoring architecture, from learner models and knowledge graphs to pedagogical agents. She'll also preview an RCT run with UC Berkeley and EPFL, "When Should a Lesson Adapt, and for Whom?", on when adaptive instruction actually improves learning. The talk streams online via the Cohere Labs Open Science Community.
