Based on McKinsey, Probabl and BCG data, the author estimates predictive AI could create $12T a year, with $11T still uncaptured. BCG's survey of 1,250+ firms shows only 5% achieve value at scale, 35% some value, 60% none; the gap sits in never-started vs stalled projects — and coding agents only fix the first.
