A Reddit user shared a screenshot of ChatGPT discussing metalworking — spindle speeds and rigid coaxial geometry in grinding — only to have its follow-up "What is the possibility?" blocked with "This content can't be shown for safety reasons."
A perfectly ordinary mechanical-engineering conversation tripped the safety filter, becoming the latest example of overly sensitive AI guardrails.
