Claude Code engineer trq212 departs Anthropic after a year on the project

trq212 announced his departure from Anthropic after more than a year working on Claude Code, saying it scaled beyond anything he imagined. He expressed deep belief in Anthropic's mission and the 'race to the top' idea that hard, responsible work can raise the bar for the whole industry. Phil Schmid amplified the news.
