Claude Code engineer Thariq deploys out of Anthropic after over a year on the team

Thariq announced his departure from Anthropic after more than a year working on Claude Code, which scaled beyond anything he imagined. He says he loved working there, believes deeply in the mission, and most of all in the idea of a "race to the top" — working hard and responsibly to raise the bar and inspire others.
