Programming isn't dead — it just got harder, says dev sharing Claude terminal workflow

A developer pushes back on "programming is dead": new-school programming is harder — you must understand the whole stack top to bottom and learn to talk to AI, a genuinely new skill that varies per person.
The attached screenshot shows a live shared-shell session with Claude (Opus 4.5, effort:high): the agent runs commands, reads output bidirectionally, and autonomously plans next steps (converting a model to GLB, building a small walkable 3D world, writing its own startup prompt) while the human just steers.
