Developer @haaarshsingh released a live agent trace waterfall component (Kobra / React Trace Waterfall) that you can zoom and inspect step by step, tracking LLM calls, tool calls, duration, tokens, cost, errors and handoffs, with slowest-step highlighting. Source is sold à la carte at $19 or via a Kobra Pro subscription, and the author shared code snippets with a jab at hiding source behind a CSS blur.
