Summit wrap-up: verification, specialization, and memory are the three big threads
schwentker · x · 2026-10-24
Wrap-up of the Open Source AI Summit SF thread, distilling three threads from the day: verification (checkable proofs, formally verified guardrails), specialization (one model vs a market of agents), and memory (agents still lack a team's unwritten theory of its code). Open question posed: if the next architecture lets models remember, what will they remember — the finished proof or the drafts, the code or the unwritten theory behind it, and whose theory will it be?
