Interactive world-model demo hits GitHub: 2-3s latency on a 4090

Developer LatentSpacer says he'll push his quasi-realtime interactive world-model project to GitHub as-is and keep building later. On an RTX 4090 there's currently a 2-3 second delay between input and response, and he thinks real-time may be possible on a 5090. This follows cocktailpeanut's jab that without realtime it's "no different from a video model with WASD as prompt," plus a request for source and a Pinokio launcher.
