China Daily reports from the 26th China International Industry Fair in Shanghai (3,200+ exhibitors, 300 new products) that AI in Chinese manufacturing is shifting from staged demos to real production:
- JAKA Robotics' wheeled humanoid, validated on a real headlight factory line, cut per-bin sorting cycle time from 105 seconds to 28 seconds after on-site iteration, and slashed new-scenario deployment from 12 months to 57 days.
- Black Lake Technologies showed 10+ decision-making agents covering quoting, engineering, scheduling and order tracking that share information around a single order; CEO Zhou Yuxiang says industrial knowledge is now consolidated in systems for rapid replication.
- Siemens unveiled 20+ products, 13 developed in China.
