Open-source flow framework ships MCP and CLI together from one codebase

The author spotted a pattern: companies increasingly ship both an MCP and a CLI for their products, since coding agents consume them mid-session with less context bloat.
He built and open-sourced the flow framework (github.com/flow-engineer/flow) to create both from a single codebase instead of maintaining two. Per the repo README, it aims to be "one framework to ship on every chat interface" — WhatsApp, iMessage agents, ChatGPT, Claude Apps, and Muse Connectors. The project is still early (6 stars).
