DFCG held its first CxO lunch at OpenAI's SF HQ, hosted by OpenAI's Rosemary DeAragon and Jack Gibbs, focused on the unglamorous side of AI rollouts: change management—bringing people along, rethinking roles, and building trust so AI sticks inside large companies.
Attendees included executives from Cloudflare, Dropbox, Gap, J.Crew, Samsara, Sephora, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Aeon Japan, comparing notes on what works when scaling AI across teams. The organizer plans to share individual debriefs and make this a recurring series.
