Kimi K3.1 Pro fully rolled out with Highspeed tier; open weights due November 4

User cedricchee had an agent ("Dots") verify the rollout overnight: Kimi Code's official release notes confirm K3.1 Pro is fully rolled out alongside K3.1 Pro Highspeed. The API docs list k3.1-pro and k3.1-pro-highspeed; Standard requires Plus/Moderato or above, Highspeed requires Pro/Allegretto or above. The website selector shows K3.1 Pro with "K3.1 Pro High" in the composer, and the official launch blog is live. Model weights aren't out yet — Moonshot says full open weights will be released by November 4, 2026.
