Liquid AI launches RIPL inference engine generating full LLM responses in 30ms
JosephJacks_ · x · 2026-10-23
Liquid AI announced Liquid RIPL (Real-Time Inference Pipeline), an ultra low-latency inference engine designed to place LFMs directly in the request path of latency-critical workloads like search, ads, fraud detection, recommendations, and payments.
Key claims:
- End-to-end complete responses in 30-50ms — not per-token, but the entire generated reply
- Maintains low latency under continuous peak load; the advantage grows on the slowest requests as traffic rises
- LFMs run up to 20x faster on RIPL
- Supports multimodal LFMs and the d1 decision models
RIPL optimizes the full path from request arrival to a complete response, with production use cases already running.
