Chris Lattner announces new alliance to push open, community-driven AI compute ecosystem

Chris Lattner (creator of LLVM/MLIR) announced that Modular is launching a new Alliance to organize community efforts around supporting new accelerators, models, and use cases, arguing AI is still in its infancy and must remain open and community-driven. A release blog is live and an all-day tutorial track runs at the LLVM Developer Meeting, with more code and content to follow.
