RLCR experiments: agents grow more helpful to each other as training progresses
rosstaylor90 · x · 2026-10-23
The RLCR team shares multi-agent training findings: as training progresses, agents plan to help each other more in their chain-of-thought, explicit offers of help increase, and they reason more about team state. They also propose using RLCR as a laboratory — analogous to pre-neural-scaling-laws 'urban scaling laws' research — to study how agent organizations scale, though current runs use <10-agent teams and far more compute would be needed for rigorous results.
