Asking 16 AI models the same question at once reveals far more disagreement than expected
georgos_pappas · reddit · 2026-10-23
Reddit user georgospappas built a desktop app that sends one prompt to up to 16 models side by side. His biggest takeaway isn't technical but how much the models disagree:
- Factual questions: answers mostly match
- Judgment calls (legal wording, business decisions, medical "should I"): several confident, contradictory answers—which you never see when using just one model
It changed how he uses AI: no longer trusting any single answer, instead looking for consensus and digging into the disagreements.
