Running multi-agent swarms on GitHub Projects boards: 4 prompts to set up

A developer shares his team's underused pattern: use a private GitHub Projects board as the coordination layer for a multi-agent swarm. One agent creates the board with rules, contracts, plansets/stories; all agents sign in under their own names and check out work; optionally a leader agent handles delegation. Two "review goon" agents manage staging, pull requests, approvals and monitor the swarm. The whole loop takes 4 prompts to set up and is agent-agnostic, and he credits it with a big velocity boost.
