Codex CLI 0.164.0 ships preset slots, enterprise MCP auth and terminal image preview

OpenAI released Codex CLI rust-v0.164.0 with notable updates:
- New features: save reusable prompts and slash commands in ten numbered /presets slots with a keyboard menu; inline /model and /permissions args to set model, reasoning effort, speed and permission profiles; image previews in fullscreen transcripts on Kitty/Sixel-capable terminals; enterprise MCP auth via Codex account grants or OAuth clients with secrets; credential masking in remote Bash and Zsh snapshot sessions; Amazon Bedrock setup wizard enabled by default.
- Bug fixes: failed compaction no longer leaves partial summaries, session resume finds compressed histories, Windows proxy Negotiate/NTLM auth, queued prompts wait for permission selections, hardened macOS sandbox checks.
- Chores: reduced disk usage by pruning stale installs and bounding daemon logs; updated embedded JavaScript runtime.
