Using councils of models: multi-model voting rounds to converge on better outputs
ykdojo · x · 2026-10-23
Developer ykdojo shares his addiction to "councils of models": have several models (Gemini 4 Argon, Claude Opus 5.5, Claude Fable 5.1 in his demo) each generate multiple candidate outputs, then vote on each other's work in successive rounds until one converges. The demo shows a full icon-design flow — round 1 with 3 versions per model and jury votes, a second transparent round, and a final pick rendered at 32px/16px — a tournament-style workflow applicable to many generative tasks.
