MiniMax released M3.1 Flash with day-0 support in vLLM. Built for multi-step automation, real-codebase engineering and visual reasoning, the serving stack natively supports NVFP4 KV cache, NVFP4 MoE weights and DSpark speculative decoding, making it practical and cheap to serve. The model is available on Hugging Face.
