Codex Dot's unlimited-usage delegator design avoids quota starvation in agent orchestration

Chris Rackauckas likes Codex Dot's approach of giving the coordinator nearly unlimited usage since the delegator itself does little compute. Drawing on his experience of the Grok bot being quota-starved after xAI's account unification, he notes that when a coordinating agent runs out of usage due to other agents' heavy compute, you have to manually keep usage under 95% just to ask for calendar updates — quota mechanics break the orchestration experience.
