Investor vasuman: all AI utility flows to customization, generic wrappers lose
vasuman · x · 2026-10-23
Investor vasuman argues all of AI's utility flows to customization: a GTA 6 where the city is your college and it's multiplayer with classmates is cooler than GTA 6 itself — something never possible before AI. In the enterprise, that means tying every sales tool together with AI as the interface and redesigning the org to be AI-native, rather than bolting an AI feature onto a CRM. His conclusion: generic LLM wrappers lose; winners go all in on redesign and customization.
