Anthropic's Frontier Red Team blog, in collaboration with Theorem Labs, details using Claude to formally verify security properties across large codebases.
- Formal verification can mathematically prove code is free of certain bugs, but has historically been limited to small codebases or required extensive expert time.
- With AI models, this is starting to change, opening formal methods up to industrial-scale software.
