User math: ~700M tokens daily quota forces mid-afternoon resets, 28-day event seen as a stopgap

Responding to @dotey's theory that the "28-day no-reset" event exists because quotas shrank, @yangyi shares his own math:
- He can't last a full day on the daily quota — resetting by mid-afternoon
- Observed daily quota is about 700M tokens; even with 5 bonus resets a month, that's roughly 6B tokens monthly
- And that's on what he calls the less capable model tier, fueling suspicions the reset event papers over a quota cut
@dotey had speculated users now need a reset every 3 days to match a week's former usage, suggesting the team is buying time while fixing "model durability" issues.
