Claude on Google Cloud goes GA with day-one feature parity, Opus 5.5 fast mode and Skills API

Anthropic's Anthropic-managed Claude offering on Google Cloud is now GA: full Claude API via existing Google Cloud IAM, single-invoice billing that draws down Cloud commitments, and new features/betas shipping same-day — including Opus 5.5 fast mode, code execution, and the Skills API. US and Global endpoints available now; the Google-managed offering persists alongside.
