NEAR vs ICP debate: both 'kind of larping' on AI, says dev behind dstack TEE infra

Responding to a NEAR vs ICP debate, shawmakesmagic noted NEAR's TEE network is built on dstack, the open-source TEE infra nearly everyone uses. He argues neither simply wins: ICP works like decentralized Cloudflare workers, NEAR can't do what ICP does and vice versa on intents. He adds that both chains have 'been kind of larping on AI for a long time' — ICP's AI inference options are extremely limited.
