Grok Build ships v1.0.66/67: @ file completion 8x faster, worktree approvals

Grok Build released two updates, v1.0.66 and v1.0.67. Highlights: worktrees now inherit the main checkout's saved "always allow" tool approvals (configurable via worktree.inheritsmainapprovals), prompt suggestions follow Vim mode, headless grok -p no longer hangs after finishing, sessions with hooks exit faster (SessionEnd hooks capped at 1.5s), and @ file completion dropped from 40ms to 5ms. Theme picker bugs were also fixed.
