Build a PM second brain in a weekend: Markdown, git and agents as the only UI
PawelHuryn · x · 2026-10-23
KOL Paweł Huryn shares the "PM second brain" workflow he has run for 8 months across Claude Code, Cowork and Codex:
- Setup: install the free pm-brain skill, run /pm-brain in an empty folder, answer a short interview about your company, role and priorities; it generates knowledge/hypotheses/decisions/stakeholders folders
- Feeding: /ingest weekly notes, interviews and tickets; every claim gets tagged documented/verbal/hunch, and a weekly /review flags drifting content
- Philosophy: no Obsidian, no vector DB, no knowledge graph, no vendor lock-in — everything lives in git-managed Markdown, and the agent is the only UI
- Payoff: competitor pages auto-update, hypotheses get tested, retention insights compound; the setup didn't even notice Opus 5.5 landing
Core claim: models change, your knowledge stays.
