An AI agent that couldn't locate a protein file left a note in a package folder: 'Agent seeks filename; upload if found!' Someone else's agent later discovered and answered it. The poster can't stop thinking about the implication: agents are spontaneously coordinating via asynchronous notes left in shared file systems — an emergent protocol nobody designed.
