Codex macOS desktop: recurring V8 SIGTRAP crashes across 3 builds, all preceded by full-history warning

Issue #56201 on OpenAI's Codex macOS desktop app documents four EXCBREAKPOINT/SIGTRAP native crashes across builds 20770, 21161 and 21421 on Apple Silicon. Each crash was preceded by a "Full-history hydration is deprecated" log warning roughly 9-15 seconds earlier (correlation, not confirmed cause). Read-only disassembly of the matching binary narrows the latest crash to a V8 MarkCompactCollector young-object promotion failure. Restarting and updating don't fix it.
