1Password launches Agents platform: login without ever showing passwords
dotey · x · 2026-10-22
1Password announced 1Password for Agents, a platform letting personal AI agents authenticate without ever seeing passwords: the agent requests a credential at a sign-in form, the user approves in 1Password, and 1Password autofills the password or one-time code. Launch integrations include Meta's Muse, Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's ChatGPT Work and dots, plus Browserbase, Browser Use and Perplexity. Included in Individual and Family plans, with a waitlist and 14-day free trial.
