Creatio survey: 71% of fully-governed orgs confident scaling AI vs 17% still building
shashib · x · 2026-10-22
Creatio's State of Enterprise AI Adoption survey of 608 IT and business decision-makers links mature AI governance to scaling confidence: 71% of organizations with fully established governance report the highest confidence in scaling AI, versus 17% among those still developing a framework. 78% are scaling AI agents across departments or expect to within 12 months, but only 29% call their governance fully established (44% partly in place), and 31% of fully governed orgs report AI-driven revenue growth over the past six months. Caveats: the survey can't establish causality, and Creatio sells a platform with governance built in. Suggested starting point: a one-page standard for agent behavior.
