Dev builds LLM-chat trading for Seer prediction markets, open-sources the bot
devanshmehta · x · 2026-10-22
A developer demoed trading on Seer (an Optimism-chain prediction market) purely through LLM chat, bypassing any frontend — with a longer-term vision of removing humans and letting bots trade autonomously. He notes Anthropic's safety controls blocked a fully smooth flow.
The open-sourced r3-originality-bot trades the 98 Deep Funding Round 3 "Originality" markets from a CSV forecast, comparing your scores to market prices and taking positions wherever you beat the price. It never forecasts itself; any coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) that can read the skill files can run it.
