Archon Robotics unveils S1+S0 foundation-model stack for whole-body humanoid intelligence

Archon Robotics' Francis Lee gave a talk at a Unitree industry event laying out the company's Whole-Body Intelligence (WBI) pre-training roadmap for humanoids.
Per the slide, the architecture has two foundation models:
- S1 (Humanoid Foundation Model): fuses vision, language, proprioception, and tactile inputs to drive whole-body motion.
- S0 (Motion Control Foundation Model): handles low-level control, underpinning a whole-body skill repertoire spanning manipulation, locomotion, and navigation.
- The approach: pre-train broad whole-body priors at scale, then adapt them to real robots and specific tasks.
