European governments adopt NVIDIA open models for healthcare, labor and classified-work AI

NVIDIA outlined how European public sectors build sovereign AI on open models:
- European Commission: deepset is expanding the Haystack Enterprise Platform underpinning AI@EC, supported by Triton Inference Server, adding agent governance, cost comparison and audit trails.
- Poland: the eHealth Centre is building a medical imaging platform on DGX BasePOD + MONAI; the labour ministry is deploying an agentic factory serving 400+ employment offices with PLLuM, GPT OSS and other models.
- UK: Locai Labs released Nemotron-Personas-UK, 1 million synthetic personas reflecting UK demographic diversity for bias testing and evaluation.
- Germany: Materna launched the on-prem Sinfonie platform (voice + 3D avatars); secunet, NVIDIA, Red Hat and deepset are building a sovereign cloud for classified information on SINA Cloud; the Soofi initiative plans Nemotron-Personas-Germany grounded in the 2022 census (1M records × 6 personas).
- France: CANUT selected LINAGORA and Docaposte for a sovereign workspace available to 2,500+ organizations; Greece: KIEFER is building a Greek-language agentic ecosystem on DGX SuperPOD.
