How to keep a 156-second AI music video consistent: 7 parallel subagents
lmoroney · x · 2026-10-22
Qibaz shared a practical workflow for long AI music videos: a 156-second clip is too much for one agent, so the main agent first writes a storyboard and style guide, cuts the song into chapters at the storyboard's breaks, and hands one chapter plus the same guide to each of 7 subagents that work in parallel. The consistency rule: every subagent edits only its own chapter file, while shared code and the timeline stay with the main agent, so every cut still lands on the beat. Laurence Moroney (lmoroney) amplified the thread.
