Open-source tool condenses millions of logs into an LLM-sized snapshot

The author open-sources a tool that condenses millions of log lines into a tiny snapshot that fits into your LLM context — an evolution of their earlier demo finding 2 anomalous patterns in 50k logs.
Run it locally via docker compose, point it at a log file in example-setups, and watch it cluster. No LLM involved; your agent can then reason over the snapshot without burning tokens or hallucinating across millions of lines. Suggested pattern: continuously generate and store snapshots on a cheap backend, and let agents crawl them for real-time anomaly detection.
