opencode bug: location watcher subscribes to all of $HOME, 2M files starve event loop at ~900% CPU

A detailed issue on anomalyco/opencode (#55937, v2.0.30/v2.0.21) shows the server's global location watcher subscribes to / and the entire $HOME. On a machine with 2,130,792 files, the process pins 300–900% CPU with multi-GB memory growth; GET /api/model 503s after the location-plugin timeout, and the SSE stream enters 'Event stream stalled' reconnect loops. An A/B experiment with a pristine HOME confirms file count as the cause; debug logs capture the watcher subscriptions.
