opencode adds GitHub Copilot auto model with plugin-based session routing

- opencode merged a PR adding a github-copilot/auto model to fix empty model lists on Copilot Student/Free plans, which now only allow auto model selection, mirroring VS Code's Auto.
- Catalog: when /models advertises auto candidates (billing.autodiscount), an Auto model is synced with the smallest limits across candidates.
- Routing: a new model.resolve session plugin hook lets a plugin swap the selected model for another (even hidden) model in the same provider's catalog; the Copilot plugin calls POST /auto with the latest user prompt.
- Requests & caching: after resolution, requests use the chosen model's native route (native Anthropic for Claude, Responses or chat otherwise); routes are cached per session until 5 minutes before the 24h token expires, with chat-fallback retry after 5 minutes.
- Verified live: resolved to gpt-6-luna with multi-step tool calls; real Student accounts not yet tested.
