Epoch AI launched a tracker covering 95 AI data centers totaling 14.2 GW. The ranking by H100e-equivalent compute puts Colossus 2 far ahead, followed by Anthropic-Amazon New Carlisle, Microsoft Fairwater Atlanta and Google Pryor. That's still only an estimated 44% of global deployed AI compute — expect data center builds to be followed like model releases. For reference, xAI trained Grok 3 with 80K H100s.
