Claude API 2026-10-21 removes temperature/top_p/top_k, breaks citations

Breaking changes in Claude API version 2026-10-21: temperature, topp and topk are removed from the Messages API; document blocks in assistant turns and citations in user turns now return 400 errors; several deprecated Admin and Enterprise Analytics API fields are replaced.
